Glow Blinkie Tutorial

This tutorial and the included templates are my own creation. Any similarities to other tutorials is coincidental.

You will need the following supplies:

PSP
Animation Shop
This Supply Zip which includes my 4 Blinkie templates and the Jeff Lyons tube I am using for my sample.
Eye Candy 3.1 (you can also use Eye Candy 4000, but I did the tut with EC3 because it is free)
Font of your choice. I am using AL Sandra

We are going to make Glow Blinkies. Now for those of you who are Blinkie challenged, don’t panic! There are no alpha channels involved!
