These tubes and pixels are my own creations.  Unless otherwise stated, they were made without tutorials and I hold the copyright on them.  Read my terms before downloading them.

TERMS OF USE

For Sigtags:

  • Credit is required.  Please add either www.jaljaxdesigns.com or ŠJaljaxDesigns

  • Do not offer these tubes in their basic state in Tube Groups or as a download on your site. 

  • Don't claim them as your own creation.

  • Do Not use them on sites which contain pornography.

  • May be used for offers and snags, but tags must be finished and offered as a jpg or gif.  May not be offered as blank snags.

  • You are welcome to animate or colorize.  This does not make them your own.  I still hold the copyright on them.

For Commercial Use:

  • In a word - NO.  No logos, no wrappers or invitations that are being sold, no websets for commercial sites, no sigtags for sale, no greeting cards, no image CD's.  No commercial use of any kind.

For your Personal Website

  • Sure, as long as your site does not contain pornography.  Just add a link somewhere on the page where you are using them.  And I would love it if you would send me a link.

For Tutorials

  • You can use them for tutorials as long as you link back to my site and send me a link to your tutorial so I can see how they are being used.
