Your completed Bear outline should look
like this.

Change your Foreground color to #7C5A2E
(Color Chart #2).
Use your Flood Fill Tool with the following settings.

Flood fill the head, ears, body, arm and
leg. Your bear should now look like this.

Use your Magic Wand tool with the
following settings.

Click inside the bear's head.
Selections > Float (or Ctrl-F)
Effects > 3D Effects > Cutout
Use these Settings: (Shadow color is Color Chart
#1)

Selections > Select None. (or Ctrl-D)
Use your Magic Wand with the same
settings to click inside one of the ears. Hold
down the Shift key and click inside the other ear.
Selections > Float. Effects > 3D Effects > Cutout.
Use the same settings, except change the Blur to 4.
Use the same process for the Body.
Change the Blur to 8.
Repeat for the Arm with a Blur of 8.
Same process for the Leg. Change
the Blur to 12.
Zoom in on your bear's face. Click
on your Brush tool and use the same settings as before.
Change the Foreground color to Black #000000. Add
his Eyes, Nose and Mouth following the diagram. If you
make a mistake, Press Ctrl-Z to Undo and try again.

Add a new Raster Layer.
Change your Brush Shape to Round and
your Brush Size to 5. Change your Foreground Color
to #D06467 (Color Chart #3) On your new layer,
Click one time on each of the Bear's cheeks. It
doesn't have to be exactly in the same place as mine.

Adjust > Blur > Gaussian Blur.
Radius = 3. Layers > Merge > Down.
Add a new Raster Layer. Change
your Brush Tool size back to 1. Change your
Foreground color to White #FFFFFF. On your new
layer, click twice to make 2 dots on the nose.

Adjust > Blur > Gaussian Blur.
Radius = 1. Layers > Merge > Down.
Now we just have to add the finishing
touches.
